Stirrups is a mobile bar serving refreshments for all your beverage needs from our restored 1968 vintage horse trailer. Our main goal is to provide you and your guests with an exceptional experience and service through our attention to detail that will leave a lasting impression. We love being creative by customizing a specialty drink menu along with select themed decor to match your occasion.

SERVICE

We service any type of event/party you can think of:

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We do not carry a liquor license. The Pa state liquor laws and regulations prohibit us from purchasing or selling alcohol.

YOU purchase the alcohol, we serve it! All clients are required to purchase alcohol separately. This allows you to serve the menu at your comfort level of cost. We will work with you and make suggestions to help create your drink menu along with guidance for how much to purchase for your event.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Everything except the alcohol!

  • Our cute renovated horse trailer bar

  • RAMP certified bartenders

  • Licensed Limited Liability Company

  • Insured- General and Liquor Liability (proof to venue can be provided)

  • Set up and break down

  • All necessary bar supplies 

  • Select decor for trailer 

  • 4 hours of bar service (option to add more

  • Drink menu consultation with suggested shopping list

  • Cocktail mixing ingredients/garnishes

  • Ice for serving and chilling beverages

  • Self serve spring water dispenser and table to set on

  • All necessary drinkware for beverages served by us (disposable drinkware,  non-plastic HAY! straws, beverage napkins)

PACKAGES

We want your party to go off without a hitch! Therefore, each package is customized to fit your needs.  Whether your looking to stay simple with a beer and wine package, or add in some signature cocktails or if you want more of a full bar option. You may also add on a coffee & tea bar and a non-alcoholic self serve drink station. Package pricing is based on location, duration of event, size of guest list and your choices in variety of served beverages. The options are endless. OUR FAQ

You Asked, We Answered

DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO ELECTRIC?

Yes, we need one outlet within 100 feet of trailer set up. If electric is not available we can provide a generator at an additional cost.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Free travel is included within a 30 mile radius. $2 per mile is applied after 30 miles from 19512, calculated both ways. Max travel is 60 miles (if over 60 miles special situations may be considered) 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON SHOTS/ID/CUTTING PEOPLE OFF?

PA liqour law requires us to check ID on anyone that appears under 35. Sorry, no shots (yes ordering a few glasses of liquor on the rocks to chug counts as such) Our main priority is for you and your guests to have the best time at your event, however the safety and well being of everyone is equally important. Therefore, while it's never a fun task we will be required to cut someone off if they appear intoxicated.

REFUNDS? WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We show up rain or shine! We cannot offer refunds due to inclement weather, a tent may be provided if required. We reserve your date for you meaning no one else can book with us due to blocking out your date for further inquiries. If your event gets postponed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your rescheduled event dependent upon availability.
